About

Jacinta M. Jiménez, PsyD, BCC (Dr. J) is a Stanford-trained licensed clinical psychologist, award-winning author, and board-certified leadership strategist specializing in resilience, human performance, and high-stakes decision-making. She works with CEOs and partners at fortune 500 companies top-tier private equity-backed companies to strengthen leadership capacity, support critical decision-making, and build durable, high-performing organizations.

Previously, as a founding leader at BetterUp, she architected and scaled the world's largest digital coaching network — a platform that reached a $4.7B valuation, raised over $628M in VC funding, and grew from 3 to 3,000+ coaches supporting 600 organizations across 70 countries. Applying behavioral science at enterprise scale, she helped redefine what leadership development could look like in the modern era.

Dr. Jiménez is one of the few licensed clinical psychologists to have worked at the intersection of technology development and mental health at scale. Her work in this space spans from helping build one of the first clinically informed mobile mental health applications for the National Center for PTSD to serving on the AI and Mental Health Advisory Board at Grow Therapy, where she helps shape how AI gets integrated into mental health care without compromising the humans it is meant to serve. She also serves on the Executive Board of Abroad.io, advancing wisdom-based leadership through global executive development.

At her core, her purpose is to educate and empower leaders through science — to lead and live with greater vitality and impact.
