Behavioral Science for HUMAN PERFORMANCE Across Leaders, Organizations, & Technology
Jacinta M. Jiménez, PsyD, BCC
Stanford University trained Psychologist | Board-Certified Executive Coach | Advisor to Fortune 500 & Private Equity CEOs
Dr. Jacinta M. Jiménez has spent two decades inside the hardest questions in human performance: what makes people thrive, what makes systems work, and what happens when the two collide.
As a Stanford-trained licensed psychologist with real operating experience scaling human-technology systems at the highest levels, she brings something rare to every room she enters: the science of human behavior, the credibility of someone who has built at scale, and the clinical depth to understand what it actually costs people to perform, lead, and build.
Her work has taken her across Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, technology companies, and institutions including NASA, Google, Growth Therapy, Stanford Hoover Institute, Columbia University, Lockheed Martin, Chevron, and more.
This work takes three forms:
PERFORM
Before burnout was a cultural conversation, Dr. Jiménez was studying it. Her book The Burnout Fix published by McGraw-Hill and winner of getAbstract’s International Book Award, was named a best book on burnout by Business Insider and Choosing Therapy, and featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and NPR.
As a keynote speaker for Amazon, Raytheon Technologies, Hilton, Warner Bros, Bristol Myers Squibb, Invictus Games, the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, and beyond, she brings behavioral science to the rooms where performance is both most demanded and most at risk.
LEAD
Executive coaching and leadership development for C-suite leaders navigating complexity, high-stakes decisions, and the pressure of guiding organizations through sustained change. Dr. Jiménez works with Fortune 500 executives and private equity leaders who need to stay sharp, clear, and resilient while the world shifts around them.
She also serves on the Executive Board of Abroad.io, bringing transformative leadership experiences to decision-makers in some of the world’s most extraordinary environments.
Named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in San Francisco by Women We Admire.
BUILD
The human psychology behind how technology gets designed, scaled, and governed. As a founding VP of Coaching Innovation at BetterUp, Dr. J was a key player in leading the scaling of the world's largest digital coaching platform to a $4.7B valuation and established one of the first ethics committees governing human-AI interfaces.
As one of the first licensed psychologists to bring behavioral science directly into technology development, her work has spanned from building mobile health applications for the National Center for PTSD to currently serving on the AI and Mental Health Advisory Board at Grow Therapy, a mental health platform valued at over $3 billion. She brings that same rigor to her broader advisory work, helping institutions think clearly about AI, mental health, and the human cost of the systems they are building.
